Sanderson J Ray Development – Infill Multifamily Apartment project consisting of 400 units and a Parking Garage (wrap). The site was originally 3 industrial/commercial buildings which were demolished to accommodate the new construction. JL Hare scope consisted of civil and architectural plan approval and permit coordination with City of Irvine, Orange County Fire Authority, Irvine Ranch Water District.
