Rancho Mission Viejo, Master Plan Community (MPC)
Our scope was to provide project management of all construction permits and clearances of Conditions of Approval. This master planned community included residential, parks, recreation centers, retail centers, retail tenants, office, multi-family and other neighborhood components. We were also engaged by each of the builders such as William Lyon Homes, Standard Pacific, Shea Homes, Pulte Home, to name a few. This was a 10 year project and demanded a team of experts to keep this each phase on schedule.This was our 3rd Rancho Mission Viejo master planned development.
