Soka University — This was a very large college campus with many components and constructed over a five year time frame. The development schedule was critical due to the establish student occupancy schedule. We worked closely with the development team and the County of Orange, Fire Department, Water District, Health Department and other agencies to obtain the construction approvals to meet the opening date. The campus was complex and included 13 buildings that were being constructed concurrently. We also controlled all of the field changes that occurred daily.
