Client: The Irvine Company
We were hired in 1998 to work with the County of Orange to obtain the permits for the first phase of the golf course. We were involved in this project for The Irvine Company until the final occupancy of the current golf course and resort. This is a complex project and demanded a tight schedule for all of the components. Our team had established a strategic plan to process the numerous permits concurrently by the established trusted relation with the County staff which saved the project time and money.
