Commercial large technical corporate campus consisting of 2 million square feet in eight buildings. Permit management of building permits and all site permits. Site includes large ascetic bridge as entrance into the Great Park.
Project constraints consisted of an extremely tight construction schedule to adhere to the occupancy agreement held with contractor and Broadcom. JL Hare was able utilize 30 years of relationships at the city to meet the stringent deadline of permits required to meet the occupancy deadline and avoid steep penalties. JL Hare was able to streamline the process at the city with regularly scheduled meetings with design team and city staff as well as ensure all plans were submitted same day and corrections were distributed as soon as they were available from city staff.
